Username/Password exposed on manager override screen

When the system is setup to not require a password, the Login and Manager Override screens do not ask for the password which is correct; however, the Manager Override screen exposes the username in plain text when entered and does not mask it as expected (see Login screen for how it should work)

Fixed in version 1.3.1.5. We are now masking username when password is not required.
