activation code

I purchased directly from the company and have yet to receive an email about my activation code.  What do I do?

Hi Jan, you should have received an email right away with instructions. TimeDrop purchase will include the code in those instructions.

You can always request the code (no charge, included with purchase) at  Be sure to include your order id or transaction number.

I have printed out everything that was sent to me and nowhere does it give me a code. I clicked on a link that took me to PayPal and it didn’t pay with PayPal. I ordered straight from the company, so I don’t have any order ID or PayPal transaction #
