Employee Check Own Hours

Love the system thus far.  Currently using it to track students in our study lab for the required amount of hours needed per week for each student.  However; since the staff is in and out from the lab and helping other students; does Lothill offer permission for the student to ONLY be able to check the number of hours they have completed thus far in the week?  This would help not only for our students but I think employers as well.

Absolutely, thanks for reaching out!  

You will give them permission to Sign In And Clock in/out only.  When they sign in to the TimeDrop Manager the can run the My Timesheet report or change their password.  Do not give them View Report access or they will be able to run the Generate Time Sheet feature and see other people’s times.  - James
