Hi Greatlight24, I saw your download request. I have responded to that ticket with a request that I may login and take care of the issue. At this time I do not know the cause, but will find out and post it here for others to find.

User figured out a way to install the software. They had to turn on IIS and install the .NET Frame work component. This is not a standard issue and seems to be a machine specific issue.

I got an error message when installing TmieDrop. This is the error below:
There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor
Can anyone help with this please?
