When you scan a barcode, how many numbers do you get out? CashFootprint automatically calculates the check digit so the 12th number is not needed.

You will need to setup your scanner to ignore the check digit for UPCA. CashFootprint is looking for 11 digits in length and will automatically calculate the check digit.

The item number/SKU should be entered into inventory with 11 digits. It will then be printed correctly with the 12th digit auto calculated. When the scanner is setup properly, it will read the first 11 digits and correctly lookup the item when selling or receiving.

We will research another option for printing these types of labels, but this is the current fix.
